Step one: Open your miniplanet account
Step Two:
Go to the margin of your Miniplanet account and right click on it... scroll to where it says "page source" and click on it.
Step three:
A page with a lot of letters and numbers should come up. go to where it says "edit" and click on it the scroll down to where it says "select all" and click on it (if u dont see that just copy all of it!)
Step Four:
now scroll down to the survey part that says "page source." and paste the page source on the space given.
Last step:
Fill out the rest of the form and send it in!
